This may be a bit lengthy, however, quite worth the effort, and, worth the read, in applauding the work of Tom, and his staff. Prior to Tom Joyce working on my work vehicle, it had been to 3 other top mechanics, including the dealership. It had been experiencing an electrical issue, which the previous 3 had thought they had conquered, only to find out quickly, they had not. Each of the other 3 places, had multiple opportunities to have a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th opportunity to figure out; none was successful. I took my receipts to Tom, of the work that had been done by others, so as to not duplicate efforts. Tom and his staff meticulously, and patiently, did their magic, and, identified where the problem was originating from, and created a resolve. So far...so good! However, above and beyond the fact that their "stick-to-it-iveness" was the key in locating the issue, Tom's customer service, and communication, as well as his staff, was extraordinary. This was my first experience with Tom Joyce Automotive, but it certainly will not be my last. Thank you, Tom, and staff!

On the recommendation of my neighbor, i called to make an appointment regarding an issue I was having with my Ford Explorer. I called, and the lady receptionist said just to bring the car down and they would hook it up and let me know the problem I was having. Sure enough I did, and they told me - they also indicated what I thought was a problem really wasn't. The owner then explained it to me throughly. When I wanted to pay for his time - which was about 30 minutes, he said you owe me nothing. BOY HOWDY, THIS BUSINESS HAS EARNED MY RESPECT AND I WILL BE TAKING MY CARS THERE FROM NOW ON FOR SERVICE !! WAY TO GO TOM JOYCE !!

This place is so great!! The staff is awesome, they are very nice and informative!!! The first time I came here about a week ago I brought my car in for some new tires and an oil change. While I was there they noticed I had an oil leak! So they recommended I get it fixed but what I loved about that is they were NOT pushy like most places, didn’t just go ahead and do it!! They talked to me and explained what the issue was AND showed me. SO I brought my car back in today and got that fixed. I wasn’t there for hours and was done at a very reasonable cost! I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on and I recommend this place to everyone!!!!!

Tom has been my mechanic for over 20 years. He provides information for informed decision making regarding repairs. He's honest and provides recommendations for other types of auto work he does not do. I really cannot say enough good things about him and his shop guys!
